Cook ground chicken in sesame oil with fresh minced garlic and a handful of fresh spinach, add 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, a pinch of sugar or honey, shredded red cabbage, topped with shredded carrots, green onions, sesame seeds & peanuts on a bed of butter lettuce

Peanut Sauce/Dressing: 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth, all-natural *how I like my man lol), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 pinch sea salt, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/4 cup water ( less or more depending on your preference: thick or runny)

Blend 1 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup frozen pineapples, 1 banana, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp agave nectarsplash of coconut milk.

Granola, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, coconut chips, chia seeds

Mix or Blend 1 avocado, 1/3 cup cacao powder, 2/3 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts *optional*

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-45 mins or until cooked through

Peel and cut sweet potatoes and slice them into sticks, pat dry and place in a zip-top bag with 2 teaspoons cornstarch and shake until evenly coated. Toss in garlic powder, salt, pepper. Place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Drizzle for shizzle some olive oil and bake at 415 degrees for 20 mins, flip and bake for an additional 15-20 mins until burnt/crispiness desired lol top with parmesan cheese or extra seasoning *optional*
