1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Evenly coat cauliflower with the seasoning mixture.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
Pair it with dipping sauces like ranch, sriracha mayo, or tzatiki.
